Oh and not to mention that he was brought in to DLS as, amongst other things, an acquisitions expert right at the time that DLS received the low ball bid from BPT and was vulnerable.

Mr. Lingo served as the Principal commercial and Business Development Manager of Epic Energy. He served as Managing the farmout of deepwater oil & gas exploration acreage in West Africa; Developing integrated upstream oil and gas and power projects; Lead business developer & commercial negotiator for the South West Queensland Natural Gas Pipeline greenfield development project; and Lead business developer & commercial negotiator for various greenfield energy projects and privatizations in Australia, Asia, Western Europe, Africa and Latin America. Mr. Lingo has more than 25 years of oil & gas experience ranging from frontier deepwater exploration offshore West Africa to commercialisation of major gas projects in Australia. He is involved in all phases of oil & gas business and project development, mergers & acquisitions, financing and equity capital raising for both listed and private companies both in Australia and internationally. Mr. Lingo has extensive experience in both conventional and non-conventional oil & gas resource development. He has been a Director at Circumpacific Energy Corp since November 26, 2009. He serves as Director of Drillsearch (Finance) Pty. He has been a Director of Drillsearch Energy, Ltd since May 19, 2009 and Acer Energy Limited since November 8, 2012.
