Just heard this from CNBC. US shale oil producers hedging for 2016 is only 11%. Compared to 30% in 2015. Making it difficult to borrow money from lenders. Also, from another source. Shale oil Drilling will not increase dramatically this time even if oil price go up to $60 WTI like it did 6 months ago. Those who did, got caught out when oil tanked again.
