new question relating to the tdo escrowed shares.... who owns the rights over them?

how many are owned by neil and other parties who have sided with tdo?

if you weren't a skeptic you would believe that at least some of these holders must have expressed interest over the share offer

if you were skeptical, you would probably note that the extension of the offer shows that the bid, in its current form, without any additional uptake by shareholders in escrow, would and has failed.


judging by some posts on the dls thread, there appears to be some rumour over a bpt takeover of dls.
i find it interesting that such rumours would happen to come about at these last stages of the bid - ie these rumours used to inflate the dls shareprice on the speculation of a premium offered on dls shares. as of yet, there has been no apparent adjustment to dls' share price

either way, skeptic or not, the next month and a half will be interesting
