Well I suppose picking the Dow close to the exact 2 decimal amount is a good achievement. Hence the wings. There is only 1 possible pick to get it, where as the Ace there is up to 99 tips that it is possible. Still a good achievement, but worthy of an wings? I don't know.
Each month there is normally an ace tipper or more.
