Problem is (for them not us) majority of time when cooking and dishes they tend to have a shower and leave their window fully open to which they have a glass panel as the shower curtain. Lets just say.... nothing is left to the imagination.

Surely they must know we can see them? Surely they can see us when the curtains/blinds are not down and think maybe the neighbours can see us?

Sometimes you need to reach out to the neighbours, and those kitchen utensils can come in handy..
