As the Dow is 26,000 a 1,200 point gain/loss is around about 4.6% which is more than achievable. As the Dow goes higher the percentage would decrease which would increase the chances of beating the 1,200 set limit. If/When the -1,200/+1,200 is broken what ever the record is, the tip limitations will be rounded up to the next 100.

Eg: Monday falls 1,200.01, the range for tipping will increase to -1,300/+1,300.
