Agree - no upside given for McPhee Creek, Daltons or Western Creek - all deposits within infrastructure reach - still a 22% rate of return isn't so bad. Buffett used to be able to get that annually 25 years ago - in the last decade (before the GFC) he has only been in single digits. And post GFC, he has probably just kept time for the past decade - maybe.

I figure, DJC can always up the target if more tonnage is forth-coming. Easily done. In my humble opinion, I still think this has multiples in it. This still needs another 12 to 18 months to come to fruition.

At least DJC are doing coverage - and have been for a number of years !!! Where are the rest of the sheep... the Johnny come latelys, the guys with big bank names ??? the Masters of the Universe. "Come on in boys, the water is fine."

Are we so blind ??? Where is the rush - why hasn't the light gone on for investors ???
