When Centuria took over they did a strategic review and said that they wanted to lower the % of profit distributed as dividends and reduce the gearing.
I sold recently because I felt the share price had topped out and I I found a better opportunity in industrial directly. I'll buy back in in due course, probably after a share price dip.
