Recieved a call today which is all good.

Current owners have had the portfolio since 2017. Was said the reason for the decrease in dividends has been down to house cleaning the portfolio. By lowering gearing and a reduction in noncore assets.

Outlook for the future was described as looking for strategic aquisitions.

Happy with that response really. If the dividends are being culled to allow the trust to operate in an efficient way then this is a practice that I find suitable to invest in. Better to see it grow continually and operate efficiently and reap the benifits of that later.

As far as I can see the portfolio is growing. Industrial buildings I have a hunch will become used more widely than previously with internet buying becoming more prevelant a way to shop.

Looking to see how rates trend in the near future and how that will effect industrial real estate.
