Hard to say EPS moving from 30c to forecasted 20.5c so a dividend cut looks likely.
Considering majority of expenditure is already factored in and leverage at 1.8x seems to me 17c dividend looks likely.
17c dividend at current prices = ~5.9% yield.
So there will be a reaction to this but around 6.5% yield is too good there will be buyers swarming around 2.70-2.75 IMO.
