With 68m shares at a SP of 2.6c he has 1.768m dollars at risk . If he pays a .1c divi, that's 68k so is it logical to suggest he will pay dividends to pick up 68k even if it's multiple times and put the 1.7m at risk . See a .1c increase in the SP gives him the same result

I actually agree with kepo is not the answer and in my view will not be a catalyst for driving price higher - earning confirmation and broker coverage will
