Hey rattle, are you able to elaborate how you think it's bad that a CEO has 10% of the company?
I just read your post again.....
"If he doesn't consume the revenue"? Hardly unfairly consuming revenue when everyone else holding a share gets a dividend if paid too.... I can understand the arguement of debt vs keeping for cash balance... but having 68 million shares means nothing.... you don't think that he will have weighed up the long term benefit of cash income vs growth in the business for sp growth and income growth??? That does my head in, todd would have considered the impacts of that far greater than you or I.... it impacts him way more...
I'm not having a go, just don't want naive readers on this thread to blindly take note of your comments when there is absolutely no proof of any wrong doing or anything detrimental to the business and all shareholders in the slightest...
It gives me way more comfort that todd has his proverbials on the line in this business....
Plenty of ceo's have absolutely looted the companies they run.... but most don't have big holdings in them.... Todd's shares weren't bonus shares... they were there from doing a business transaction in merging his own private company with a struggling public one...
