good luck to you rattle.... i hope it wasn't from fear of a dividend... as i have spoken to todd, and the video was chosen by hot copper... not stl... (i assume, but, didn't clarify, that stl did pay for an ad though).

todd confirmed it was definitely the video he did for a roadshow when in the UK last year.

we will get clarity on dividends soon enough...i didn't ask what it is, div or no div, nor would he tell.

@BingBongBling they have only $3m debt for indue, although currently at 10% interest, along with about $1m in Hire Purchase Agreement's from the quarterly report.. I would assume these are 5 year agreements for purchase of ATM's etc, but, even if 3 years, this is repayments of less than $0.5m a year for the agreements...

There forecast should be around $7-7.5m EBITDA next year, that's $6.7-$7.2m cashflow, ignoring for the minute the repayment of principal debt.

The last financier that caused them grief had given them access to $15m from memory... they are currently in the process of replacing this...and no doubt paying out the shareholder loan.... the idea in the beginning was that this would mean there was plenty of room for future acquisitions...this is definitely on the cards still....

The 1 pip dividend was going to be $595k initially, before cr shares issued, which would now be around $720k.... double that for the dec dividend.... so $1.44m on divs, $350k on debt interest, $500k on hp repayments... say the shareholder loan gets replaced with a 5 year business loan (which would be incredibly tight even) would still only cost $600k in repayment max.... that totals $3.6m... so there still left with cashflow of $3.4m-$3.9m after dividends.... and finance to help generate more positive acquisitions...

I'm not pushing for a dividend here at all...i'm content whichever way it goes.... just informing people that they are going to be in a very good cashflow position either way... and at that stage the share has then cost you 2 pips less.... this year, and next year and next year....
