I'm looking down the same path Rattle.
I think it is absolutely crazy for a young growing company to be paying a dividend. I also believe it is based on a promise to the large shareholders. Wouldn't you pay off debt or buyback some shares or even look for further investment opportunities. If you are in it for a dividend, there are a lot more stable and profitable companies out there. Time and time again with these micro-caps the CEO's and board of directors are in it for themselves!
