That being the case, the decision to leave the dividend message at the end is a clear choice to promote the fact there will be a dividend. If there were doubt about the dividend or if it were not going to be paid, leaving that message in the ad would have to be considered misleading - therefore I think this is a clear signal from the company the dividend will be paid.

Yup, its just appeared (yesterday). So, apart from the legal implications, seems to me to be signaling a bit of push in terms of marketing a suddenly more robust Coy
