That being the case, the decision to leave the dividend message at the end is a clear choice to promote the fact there will be a dividend. If there were doubt about the dividend or if it were not going to be paid, leaving that message in the ad would have to be considered misleading - therefore I think this is a clear signal from the company the dividend will be paid.

ah, i didn't even see until now that it is a paid ad... i just watched the clip from haro above... yeah i jope they plan on paying the dividend still (purely if they are advertising it)...
