dividend will be fine. sure, they haven't kept up with the trump enthusiasm but their strategy is sound and they are well-positioned for a sel-off

even if NTA drops a bit or is relatively lower growth to the index, doesn't mean they won't pay the same div. their payout is conservative anyway.

we are at the bottom of the range here and looks like we are holding up despite a false break downward. should be on our way to the 1.56 - 1.60 range soon
