I am looking at NTA and trying to understand what dividend we might expect. If NTA has gone from 1.08 (at listing) to 1.10 (at 30 June) then I can't see that there is much distributable income? (I have ignored tax for simplicity). I hope the 1% donations are already deducted in producing the 30 June figure.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I can't see that they can be showing much income if the NTA hasn't gone up much and they haven't paid out an interim dividend?
