I have happy to go on the record as saying that another dividend will definitely be declared in August 2014, as a final dividend for the 2014 financial year.

Given that:

1. KOV have not missed paying a dividend for 20 years,
2. the business is currently pumping, and
3. the DRP for the special dividend is underwritten (which will mean that the company will finish the financial year with no debt and with net cash on the balance sheet),

I'll go as far as to say that not only am I 100% certain a final FY14 dividend will be declared, but my modelling suggests that it will be in excess of 20cps, with a good chance that it will equal the interim dividend of 26cps.
