1.1. The Offer
The Company will offer for subscription up to 181,818,1821 Shares, to raise up to $200,000,000
(inclusive of any Service Fees), together with an entitlement to one attaching Option for every one
Share subscribed for, exercisable at $1.10 per Option on or before 16 September 2016.
As the Options will be issued at no cost, no funds will be raised by the grant of the Options. If
181,818,182 Options are issued under this Prospectus and are all subsequently exercised, the
Company will raise a further $200,000,000.
