As for related party transactions, I'm pretty sure you have followed 'many' of these chinese company falling into dust either from fraud or dodgey accounting... i think google will find you half dozen.
Huanlong Industrial - Can you provide any link?. - it's a big deal because if you can't verify one thing, how can you verify their cash balance.
Yes their PR department needs work, but look at other chinese companies listed in HK or CHINA, are their PR department as bad?.
Has anyone actually spoken to these guys or emailed them?
