I disagree. There is no risk of jail - they don't operate in Australia. Who would prosecute them??

I think they would rather not pay dividends - that's paying cash to outsiders. Why pay anything to someone not affiliated with management when they can pay themselves anything they want including 'refurbishments' etc. They treat the cash as their own personal bank balance - they won't be transfering any of it to you I suspect.
