So, since there hasn't been any recent info on Boulder and the EIS report, I started researching the possibility of a dividend for Boulder. When you look up old reports when they were working on a seamless tube plant, and the Sharjah project, they say that when they start generating profits from those projects, they intended to pay a dividend. I am a long on this stock, but it was primarily based on the fact that I thought it was over sold in the global down turn, and that the company had a lot of potential, for a variety of reasons. I also figured with such a low SP ruled out a prospect of a dividend. So, is it the company's intention in the future to pay dividends, say in 2013/14? If so, it makes even more sense to be buying in, because even if a dividend would be low, or paid in shares, buying on leverage now, well it makes reasonable sense.
