"New securities will rank equally with existing securities and will be entitled to receive the 2H09 distribution."
With regards to your other post about when we'll find out how the offer went, the announcement of the placement of the initial allotment was on 28 May. Going by the timetable in the offer document, I would assume the announcement about the final allotment would be on 18 June.
