Companies sometimes cannot disclose why a person has left--it can be part of the separation agreement. My biggest concern is that they STILL haven't come through with a decent sized DataTRACE product. I don't think the spray cans are going to make this company. DataTRACE could in theory, but where are the orders.
That combined with their utter lack of conscience regarding shareholder communication has really turned me sour. I'm still in but barely. If I have misjudged I apologize, but it sure seems like management must live in their own world and as such may go the way of all other corporations run without regard for their common shareholders...
