The stock is in a halt for a placement. That placement would be being shopped around by brokers to sophs who will all have seen the term sheet. Either Hazza1 has seen the term sheet or has heard from someone who has .. or is talking sheet. Either way, that is why the stock is halted to do the raise so those who see the details as part of being offered the stock can't trade on the information while the rest of the market is in the dark. Plenty of times on HC people who are aware of the details of placements post the details for us plebs
