How is it that the BOD (who collectively don’t own 1 share in FMS) can recommend a delisting as the best avenue/ value for ALL shareholders and in doing so reduce the value of FMS by approximately 60% or $150 million, disgraceful.

Now how many of us shareholders would still have our current employment if we lost
150 MILLION DOLLARS for our employers?

Now I believe the BOD must be sacked for such a poor decision and now!
