From the last report FSN had $14,851,000 and 48,812,878 shares outstanding

This is 30.4cents cash....let me say CASH

Now the board takes a 36.5cents SCRIP????

If this crap market condition keeps up what is to say PDN won't go way below sub $2 and FSN shareholders get an equivalent of under 30cents

Why don't they just sell the assets for like $10million and dissolve the company...at least in this scenario shareholders can get 45cents CASH at least.

Probably an underhand deal for current FSN directors from PDN.

Have a mate who holds 100,000 of these and asked me what I though about the deal

Shareholders are sold out...FSN directors hold your head in shame...why are you on a salary being paid by shareholders and you do this deal
