In my experience ( watched this kind of thing three times ) once it’s a public company it is imperative for Management to keep funds and institutions on side .
That’s the bottom line. They own most of the shares, they are doing most of the buying and selling, they are driving the price, and they are loaning the money if need be . Companies might appreciate the smaller holders who helped them launch but once they are up there they just have to fly with the big guys .
Disenchanting maybe ...but I wouldn’t take it personally.
Current trading is 1.5c or around that above the SPP. If you stick the returned dollars back into the company you dont acquire as many new shares as you might have wanted but hopefully the potential upside is now brighter because company is cashed up?
