just being doing some research

my count shows, including assumed free shares received, ELM's largest shareholder, Harlequin, who appeared to facilitate the acquisition & possibly was a co-owner of the original potash project, has invested at least $26.3M into ELM, at an average price of 30 cents per share

Dingyi's average price is probably similar, although probably a little less

so Harlequin appears to be currently 50% or $13M down on its ELM investment

obviously Harlequin, who recently contributed another $3.3M in capital, are controlling ELM
