On 10 July 2015, ELM appear to have announced for the 1st time (which I missed) their "negotiations with globally significant companies, with interests in the fertilizer sector, pertaining to a sizable investment into ELM in the near term, and ultimate off-take of MoP once the project(s) are in production".
The old major shareholders decided to chip in another $4.98M at 20 cents per new share
Yesterday's quarterly report also said: "ELM is continuing with its discussions with globally significant companies, with interests in the fertilizer sector, pertaining to a sizable investment into ELM in the near term, and ultimate off-take of MoP once the project(s) are in production".
Unusual selling yesterday & today (maybe due to Yangala drilling not mentioned in the quarterly).
However, the discussions with globally significant companies is certainly something very bullish, which appears the reason the share price returned to 23 cents recently.
Anyone know more about this? ELM have certainly been understated about it.
