Discussion on where this is headed

I'm reading through the prospectus right now and wanted to share my viewpoints on the negative and positive points I see.

Positive:

- Great market cap
- Fantastic premise with potential for huge revenues if this can be pulled off
- Patents granted and low obstacles to them being granted in Europe and India
- Easy to construct due to the availability of materials

Negative:

- The potential for a cap raise as seen by this quote:
"The Board is satisfied that, upon completion of the Offer, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its stated objectives for a period of at least two years."
Am I correct in assuming that only 16m was raised from the IPO and therefore new funds will be needed soon?

- The potential risk of competitors as seen by this quote:
"There are alternative energy storage technologies that offer higher electrical efficiency than the Company’s TESS technology, however, based on demand from potential customers, the Company considers that the most efficient use of its technology is the storage and supply of both heat and electricity and it has developed its technology on that basis."
