I feel for anyone who got stuck in ADV.
Brad was a good salesman, but it did become apparent at some stage that what was promised early on by him was not being delivered, and potential was never unlocked, so here we are.
It really ia worth a call to the office and just ask what direction the company is now going after Brads departure. If the want to carry on the ADV brand then they have a lot of trust to win back, so hopefully you can get an honest person on the phone pretty quickly. Shareholders have funded the company and salaries, so remind them of that if there doesn't seem to be anyone wanting to take your call.
I have learned anyway that expensive lessons seem to teach the best, so continuing on with the market after an experience here, you go forward much the wiser hopefully.
I have learned many many lessons from ADV and yep they all cost me. And hopefully get paid back in future by picking winners or avoiding losers.
