Isn’t there some sort of average market cap over number of days ? As in just because it’s 253th now doesn’t mean that it will be excluded quarter, though if persistent maybe the next one. I’m not sure about the details. The strange thing I find about this stock is the fact that the amount of shorts hasn’t actually gone up. So to say that shorters are killing this might not be entirely true. This stock is quite frustrating.
