Here is a company, trying to sell its products in key market's abroad yet it doesn't appear to have tried getting investors onboard in those countries !

Surely to goodness if you think your product is going to be that beneficial to people around the world, you'd spend some time getting investors from those countries, familiar with the company & its products.

No wonder the share price is where it is now and this rights issue etc was placed at a 50% discount. They simply haven't tried (or have totally failed) to interest foreign investors in Pericoach, or tried to get one or more foreign cornerstone investors onboard.

If they'd done that then the share price wouldn't be where it is now that's for sure. If the got a few thousand US or UK/European investors onboard just imagine what might have been...........
