Last of the Mohcans, unfortuantely ABDM is correct. The majority of small companies don't extend their offers outside Australia due to compliance issues in overseas jurisdictions.
ALt indictated that shareholders could also apply for any shortfall shares, so I would (if you want) email the coy again indicating your frustration and seeing if you can apply for shortfall shares, which if permissable I imagine may place you at the head of the queue.
