Yes they do Oscar, however if you read my posts you'd see that ALT failed to disclose these facts in its 1st 2 announcements on the subject.

If it had done so, foreign investors like myself would have known we were not going to be eligible & would have had the chance to sell out at 1.2 cents, instead because of there ineptitude we now have to suffer even greater losses, through absolutely no fault of our own, other than investing in this company.

As I stated another ASX company the previous day did a rights issues, its shareholders, from the UK, Canada & 5 other countries can all participate in it with full rights on there holdings. Given the company's desperate desire to sell into a number of these same countries makes these Directors & advisers hypocrites.

Still no phone call, but ASIC have received my complaint, I'll be taking the issue to the Australian press next.

Oh and they'll get an even bigger piece of my mind when I phone the company back tomorrow, since none of these directors bothered to get off there a* and make a call.
