    I did top up based on this, but it's a bit confusing.

    Is this correct? - If they can sell for above 65% of asset value, then it's a benefit to the shareholders since the share is trading at 35% below NTA?

    I'm guessing the yield has fallen a low on US property or management expect prices to keep falling. Are either or these assumptions correct? Or why exactly is it a benefit to sell?
