Hi John,
The move up in the U spot price in the last couple of days to $28.13 has moved the price through a zone of strong resistance dating back to 2014 on the monthly chart. The chart is not at all congested now till about $35. I think we could see quite rapid appreciation of the U price to around $35 now. That would provoke some interest in PDN, I think. Here's the monthly chart.
