GMC was successful in finding new sophisticated investors i.e BB Lee Superfund to take up the missed allocation.
Tanah Capital already has almost 10% ownership. Perhaps they did not want to over capitalise? Why speculate when you don't have the full conditions on the table.
It's not easy to slowly divest in a small company to capitalise on growth if this eventuates.
Perhaps the new investors is a blessing in disguise.
