How can this company keep announcing "acquisitions" when it appears they have acquired nothing?
Definition - Acquisition : an asset or object bought or obtained
Seemingly the merely have expressed an intent to "acquire" if they are able to do so, but in appears they at this stage have not acquired anything?
Should it not be a "proposal to acquire"?
Is this similar to acquiring $6 billion funding when said funding was seemingly not "acquired" at all?
Is this another example of "creative announcing"?
Just curious?
