It's also worth noting that the 12 mnth low was 4.6p or 94c post conversion so the fall to the current level is not unprecedented & there wasn't a CR at that point either.

There is also a zero short position on CSS, if a CR was doing the rounds & common knowledge as suggested then you wouldn't expect that to be the case.

A lot of shares that haven't produced spectacular interim results have also seen similar falls & even some that have, haven't gone up or have, then fallen back.
I don't believe the fall in CSS is particularly company specific.

Talk of a CR is just unsubstantiated speculation.
