Disappointing half year projection

The impact of currency is huge considering the fact that revenues will be up based on the acquisition. If the business cannot recover its input cost increases I would be surprised because most of its competitors would also be in the same boat!

My belief is that the business has waited too long to go out to market to recover the cost increase, this has cost the business close to if not more than $500k which will not be recovered as stated by the CEO we will not see the recovery until 2nd half!

If your belief is that the US Fed will raise rates again and the A$ has further to fall this will have an adverse earnings impact for LGD.

Lets hope they more quickly on price when they need to.
