Unless The Independent Expert never wants any work of this nature again they will assess the bid as fair and reasonable.
To be honest unless another bidder emerges then $0.15 is as good as it gets.
I note that MOS has agreed to pay a break fee of $1.3 million to AGL if a higher bid emerges.
