how can they take away stock without telling you whats going on...

how can they take away stock without telling you whats going on or why? with all things considered i.e. false claims of improved production, im sure there'd be a law firm out there who'd take on the class action. however if theres no money left not alot can be done....i rang the company around the time of the administration announcement. the first call rang out. the second & following calls kept getting a diverted type signal...these guys are gone..Id love to see a class action with management assets sold off and proceeds going to shareholders...but probly wont happen...the stress of a class action would also add to the misery of whats happened, the whole thing makes me sick. Again not alot can be done other than take the hit or try and recover losses via trades with other more reputable companys.
