AVO saying they won't accept the RMS is a statement of their intent and their pointing out the consequences for DIO shareholders.
They are perfectly entitled to do that.
I don't like it any more than any other DIO shareholder, but get real guys. AVO is entitled to look after their own interests, just as is any other shareholder. Its not like an oppression of minorities by a major shareholder.
Anyway, anyone who feels threatened and worried can sell their shares on market today at a higher price than the AVO bid.. so no-one is being pressured to accepting the AVO offer over the RMS offer.
In reality, this game has more rounds to play.. it is just going to take yet more time.
