Cell turned the corner back in January when its first joint venture in Malaysia went into production.
Last announcement said they were further advanced with there expansion plans, and in negotiations with the state of Sarawak for a joint venture there, I agree that progress have been a little slow but remember cell is in negotiation with the Government, renew your car registration here and see how long it takes you, cell is in talks for millions of dollers.
