Now I understand your concerns. Yes I have gone through all of this and the computations are many. The result of many hours unpaid work/research already completed clearly shows that attempting a board spill here with AHF is certainly not insurmountable and well worth the effort

You are correct.....a hell of a lot of work prior and then even more afterwards and every step of the way there will be interferences from current board and hurdles to navigate...............the nature of the beast

Share holder register would be nice but every reason under the sun will be given as to why they should not hand it over............I can live with that and will not even try.

The alternative to a vote for a board spill is to horrendous to even contemplate.
