Ive been part of it before on a board spill 249d signature in the past .with group of shareholders and some current/ec directors . Its a massive effort even when you have current directors and brokers associated helping. To remove some other board members. This will be even harder for ahf.

You need a copy of share register. Good luck with that. Cant get a free copy with this lot.no insider helping there. Need to make lots of phone calls and post letters emails faxes etc. It costs a bit of money and a lot of time. May cost more then whats your shareholding is worth. .... it will certainly bring the price down till is resolved and or the boards mate to buy more shares

Then what will happen is
The board will argue the paperwork is not correct. Anything and everything to stretch it out. And make stuff be re done. Also the question of where to send it and when voting is done the board can not be trusted to do a honest count
So need 2 copies.

Its no walk in the park .
Its seem a long way from even trying to remove the board . Just getting more strikes is not enough so many more things need to be ready before that.

Cause they will just get back on/in if they pick the new board we will be no better off then where we are now.


you needs all steps in place new board members.
Need at least one 5%holder on board.

Makes it so much harder when you want to remove the complete BOD.
