For interest / information, what is the PROCESS for nominating someone or being nominated for a board position in AHF?
Recently received a notice for AGM of another fairly large ASX listed co and they were very open in it and said that nominations for boatd positions etc needd to be lodged by certain date etc etc.
This mob probably operate by stealth, secrecy and obsfuscation in order to protect their cosy positions.
